Biomimicry Art Camp is perfect for kids who love nature, inventing, and making! Campers will explore amazing creatures and discover how artists can mimic their incredible natural designs. We’ll study unique traits in the natural world and create inventions, art pieces, and solutions inspired by biomimicry principles. This camp is a hands-on adventure in creativity and problem-solving, blending science and art.

Structured group work in the morning, lunch and stories in the backyard, then self-directed creative time in the afternoon. We’ll play group games and take trips to the park for movement breaks throughout the week.

All kid community members (ages 6 and up) are welcome at camp! This is a safe space for everybody. Kindness, inclusivity, and equitable access are the foundation of our vibrant artistic community. Younger kids might want to buddy up with a friend they already know for their best camp experience.

2025 REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • To participate in art camp, all kids must have a signed waiver. We'll email waivers before camp begins and have paper copies on hand for the first day.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for last-minute cancellations due to illness or other factors. Refunds may be considered if we can fill the vacated spot from a waitlist, though this isn't guaranteed.

  • Advance payment is mandatory for all camps. Registrations are non-refundable, so please check your dates carefully. You may request to transfer your registration to another person.

  • If camp minimums aren’t met, classes may be cancelled up to 5 days before the scheduled date. We'll promptly inform you and provide a refund.

  • Sibling discounts available to children residing in the same household.

  • We offer a limited pool of resources for scholarships. Please reach out if you’re in need. We do not check financial information. We trust you know your needs.
