in the wilds of wyoming there is a river that runs so clear you see can see every fish that floats below the surface. the nights are dark, and the winds are fierce. on a boat trip up the river i saw two trees fall on either side of me in a wind storm. it is extremely peaceful, but the elements remind us that we are a small part of a large and complex whole.
