Customer Care
Frequently Asked Questions
Art and Orders
Can I see the work in person?
Yes. Visit the studio near City Park in Denver, find me at an upcoming market, or stop by one of the shops that carry my work. See Find My Work.
Can I commission a painting?
Yes. I take on a limited number of commissions each year. Learn more on the Commissions page.
How should I frame, hang, and care for my art?
My Art Care Guide covers framing, hanging, cleaning, and where to display your art.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards can be used for paintings, prints, scarves, and classes, online or in the studio.
Where is my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. See Shipping and Returns for timing and policies.
Classes & Creative Gatherings
Do I need art experience?
Not at all. Creative Gatherings and most workshops are made for every level, and private lessons are shaped around your goals and skill level.
What's the difference between Creative Social and Slow Studio?
Creative Social is a relaxed, social art night: good music, easy conversation, and a project to take home. Slow Studio (coming soon) is quieter, with mindfulness and self-care prompts to help you slow down while you make. Both are self-guided, made for every skill level, and include all your materials.
Can I change my project after I sign up?
Of course! When you sign up for Creative Social or Slow Studio, you'll pick the project you'd like to work on so I can have your kit ready when you arrive. If you change your mind, you're always welcome to email me at matty@mattymiller.com and I'll set you up with something else.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets aren't refundable, but you have options if you can't make it. You can move your spot to another date, or pass it along to a friend so they can come in your place. Just email me at matty@mattymiller.com at least 48 hours before your event and I'll take care of it.
Can I book a private event for my group?
Yes. See Private Group Experiences for team events, celebrations, and gatherings with friends and family.
